This beautiful piece tells the story of the 1,332 acre nature preserve that lies just outside Nashville, TN in the neighborhood of Forrest Hills. Five miles of unpaved trails wander through the woods surrounding the lake. The property was purchased from developers in 1973 to create the State's first natural area.
