A handsomely crafted knife with a purpose for slicing into hard and soft cheeses alike.
Prepared with a fine point and razor sharp edge, the durable steel blade of the fuller knife was forged locally in Tennessee. Master craftsman Ben Caldwell created the most striking handle to compliment the blade.
The handle was created with a naturally-felled deer antler, chosen to compliment the steel shape of the knife. Where the blade unites with the handle, the antler is adorned with a copper cap, hand cut and formed to match the shape of the antler, secured with pure brass rivets.
