These beautiful art cuff bracelets are the result of a collaboration between Ben Caldwell's paintings and Dan Walsh's bracelet design. Each bracelet is created from original artwork and is literally one-of-a-kind. A strip that honors the soul of the whole piece is chosen and then framed in argentium silver, a finer grade of silver that is even brighter and is more tarnish-resistant than sterling.
Dan Walsh, a longtime wood artisan, began as an apprentice with Ben in 2016 and quickly became a good friend. He was interested in marrying visual art and precious metals and has spent years refining his designs and process. In his own words, “Ben is known as the nation’s premier coppersmith, but most do not know his painting talents are equally superb. To frame Ben’s original art using silver and copper is an honor.”
Flexible as well as comfortable, these light weight, hand planished cuffs will accentuate any wrist. Wearing these cuffs continues the unique story of each painting while honoring its artists.
